The business valuations practice is headed up by Moe Siemieniuk CA/CBV, assisted by Steve Blazino CA who is ready to write the final exams for entry to the CBV designation. Moe has worked in Toronto, Edmonton and the Calgary areas before moving back to Thunder Bay in 1987. He has 30 years experience in the valuation business and has practiced full time in income tax and valuations since 1976.

He has been involved in a great number of valuation assignments, which range form small business to public companies. As part of his practice he is often engaged to perform mediation and arbitration services to businesses that find themselves locked in disputes.

Due to his tax specialty background, Moe performs many corporate reorganizations involving change of ownership, employee buy-ins ,estate freezes, income splitting and the use of business trusts in family planning. He is capable of advising on the tax ramifications as well as perform the valuations necessary to complete the full assignment.

In Thunder Bay he has built up a Family Law business valuation practice and is often engaged by both parties to the assignment.
